We had a lovely ten days holiday, The room was basic , but we had a sea view , The staff were very helpful and responded quickly to any issues we had. A very beautiful setting living up to its name “Panarama” you can see for miles . The food was excellent you certainly would never go hungry , we were all inclusive ,fresh and a good variety of food. The drinks on the all inclusive was not brilliant , Tea, coffee, water and soft drinks were good. The wine and beer, did not have much strenth in them, you could drink them all day and not feel at all drunk. (Not sure why) . I really enjoyed my holiday in a beautiful setting.

This is an amazing place with their employees being the asset of the hotel (especially Babis the handsome boy with the Cretan mustash) They are always smiling and nothing is too difficult for them. The food is good but there is space for improvement. The highlight of our stay was the Cretan night when as a surprise we heard the owner of the hotel singing for us. The main building rooms are not the best but they have a magnificent view. From what we have found this block will be fully refurbished during winter. we hope that next year we will get a room there. Thanks to Soula the front office manager we had a wonderful stay, i am not going to tell you more about her as you will find out if you visit the hotel.

i have visited this hotel 4 times over since 2012, i love this place it gets better every time i go there. the staff are extremely friendly especially Yanis (one of the night receptionists) ans Charlene the lady on the downstairs bar. but i cannot say a bad word about any one of them. the food is lovely always hot and with plenty to choose from even for the pickiest of eaters. Highly recommended. 10/10 id certainly go back again.
